Dagskrá sumarsins!

Góðgerðarfélagið okkar, Flottafólk, kynnir sumardagskrá sína fyrir börn og unglinga. Við erum með fótboltanámskeið með úkraínskum þjálfurum, tónlistarnámskeið fyrir yngstu börnin og skátanámskeið fyrir börn og unglinga á næstunni. Við höfum áhuga á fjölda þátttakenda á hverju námskeiði. Vinsamlegast skrifaðu athugasemd fyrir neðan "Fótbolti +1" / "Tónlist +1" / "Skátar +1" (+1 = fjöldi barna sem mæta)

Við munum kynna hvern viðburð fyrir sig í þessari viku. Eins og alltaf er Barnamiðstöðin okkar að Hátúni 2 opin mánudaga til föstudaga frá 10:00 til 15:00 þar sem börn geta leikið sér og fengið sér morgunmat, hádegismat og síðdegiskaffi.

Aðstaðan okkar í Neskirkju er líka opin eins og venjulega þar sem hægt er að nálgast föt, nálgast tölvur og hitta Úkraínumenn eða sjálfboðaliða sem eru hér til aðstoðar.

Félagsmiðstöðin, G8 að Aflagranda 40, opnar aftur eftir sumarið með frábærri dagskrá fyrir alla.

Ferð til Rush Iceland

Rush Iceland is the biggest indoor leisure park in Iceland, filled with trampolines and activities. There is no age limit but children 5 years and younger need an adult with them on the trampolines and the older kids have to be careful of the little ones.

Time: Friday, April 8th, 12:00-14:00

Fjölskyldugarður og dýragarður í Reykjavík

We’ll get a guided tour of the Icelandic domestic animals as well as reindeers and some exotic lizards. There will also be free time to explore and play (the rides are closed for winter but there are still some exciting play areas). We will also be grilling hot dogs for everyone (if there are any dietary requirements, e.g. vegan, no pork or gluten, please make note of that on the registration form). This trip is suitable for all ages and there’s no capacity limit.

Sundlaugarferð

A group trip to Árbæjarlaug public pool. The pool is very family friendly and has a great view of Reykjavík. Kids older than 10 don’t need an adult supervisor but volunteers will come along. If the children or parents don’t have swimsuits yet (we’re working on getting everyone swimsuits) the pool will loan swimsuits and towels free of charge. After splashing in the pool the ice cream truck will make a visit and give all the children ice cream.

Hópferð í Arena Gaming

Arena Gaming (https://arenagaming.is/) is the biggest and most advanced space for playing video games in Iceland. The kids will get a chance to play games on 25 Playstation 5 consoles and over 120 PC computers. A coach will help the kids to get started. The computers are suitable for kids aged 8 and older but younger children are also welcomed and will be treated to films on a big screen. Arena will also provide a pizza buffet and drinks.

Time: Wednesday March 30th 12:00-16:00

Heimsæktu Vísindamiðstöð Háskóla Íslands

The University of Iceland Science Centre (Vísindasmiðjan) invites refugees from Ukraine to visit the centre these next two Mondays: March 28th and April 4th. Guests can play around with installations that demonstrate intriguing properties of the physical world and take part in tinkering workshops constructing vibrating machines that draw and simple electrical circuits to light up small bulbs.

The activities are ideal for family members of all ages interested in exploring and tinkering. They are particularly well suited for guests aged 10 but younger visitors will find great joy in taking part with a little help from their parents.

Time: Monday March 28th and Monday April 4th 14:00-15:30
Place: Vísindasmiðjan, Háskólabíó (The University Cinema) við Hagatorg, 107 Reykjavík.

Samverustaður barna og foreldra 10:00 - 15:00

We are very happy to announce that our Children center will open tomorrow, Tuesday the 22nd of March and will operate Monday – Friday from 10:00 – 15:00. We will provide children with breakfast and basic basic lunch, as well as various activities and babysitting. We welcome parents to join their children at our facility as well. Hope to see you all there.

Transportation services BEGIN on Monday March 21st

Það gleður okkur að segja frá því að reglulegar rútuferðir fyrir flóttamenn hefjast á mánudaginn. Til að byrja með verða ferðir frá Foss hóteli að Rauðarárstíg að griðarstað flótamanna að Guðrúnartúni 8. Fyrsta ferð mán - fim fer frá Rauðarárstíg kl. 17:45. Fjöldi viðburða fyrir börn og fjölskyldur er á döfinni og gerir bílafloti okkar sem nú telur 3 bíla, okkur kleift að að ferja fólk milli staða. Við erum afskaplega þakklát þeim fyrirtækjum sem hafa lagt okkur bifreiðarnar til, sem og þeim bílstjórum sem hafa tekið að sér að sinna þessu hlutveri.
